If you have encountered a game crash or the game can’t launch, please follow the instructions below and provide us with your player logs so we can better diagnose the issue.

Right-Click the windows start button in the lower left corner of your desktop, click run, then enter below:

%AppData%\..\Local\Temp\Arcade Oven\Hotel Magnate\Crashes

You will find this folder will contain more folders, each contain a different folder (you might only have the one). Find the one with the timestamp that correlates to the time of the crash you had, Zip it and send it to us below
